I think those faces are like the masks of comedy and tragedy and recite Shakespearean plays and sonets all the time; the hair tie pitches in sometimes. Thus, 27 speaks Shakespearean English and writes and recites sonnets to 16.

Lower(from our perspective) left face: Always upbeat and social. Loves meeting new people! Friendly, bug not insanely hyperactive. A little bit on the ditzy side.
Lower (from our perspective) right face: The one of the four that makes most of the decisions for them. The only one who actually makes logical decisions of the four faces. Rather indifferent to other people.
Higher face: ALWAYS INCREDIBLY ECSTATIC! Has the most reckless ideas and the tendency to be rather curious about things that it would probably be better off not knowing about. Usually gets rebuked by the lower right face, but rarely acknowledges it, and even when it does it simply turns it's adoration and nonstop crazy questions in their direction.
Middle face: No one's.... exactly.. sure...? People can't recall ever seeing it talking. Or, heck, even moving. Some people think that it may just be a growth and design that looks like a face.
