Whoa, that's pretty cool... Maybe she could shapeshift her body slightly with a spell? She's studying lots of spells I guess, and can only change the makeup of her arms and legs. It would probably hurt quite a bit, so she only does it every once in a while? Then you could have multiple ideas for her body under the cloak all in one headcanon of her.

No, I like yours too! It sounds pretty cute. It gives me the feeling that they'd be these two tundra nomads or something, and I bet her legs would be pretty cold... xD

((Kinda inserting the mage headcanon in here, I would think that she'd be raised by 0099 instead, a shadow being that teaches her spells. Maybe her own shadow is 0099?))

I suck at art but what the hecky
