A germophobic girl who loves having her own unique style. She reminds me a lot of those people in the Shinjuku ward of Tokyo who are known for dressing up in crazy eye-catching ways.

She's a gigantic weeaboo with blood circulation problems. I.E. she's always cold, but tries to play it off by saying that all the mismatching layers are just her fandom's style. She never tells anyone what fandom she's actually in that makes her dress that way.
